Event Information
Age Restriction
You must be over 21 years of age to attend a Sapphic Collective event. Valid ID will be required at entry.
Discrimination
We have a zero tolerance policy for homophobia, racism, and harrassment of any kind at the event or on social media. Anyone breaking this will be removed from the event (and future events) automatically after anyone from the team is notified.
Who is welcome?
We run with the purpose of queer women and non-binary people being able to connect with each other in a safe and welcoming environment. We ask that only queer women and non binary people attend the events; this of course includes trans women.
Refunds
No refunds, except in the case of event cancellation. We reserve the right to validate cancelled tickets to be valid for a future event.
Your Safety
We take safety seriously. We acknowledge that homophobia and transphobia are global issues, and are proactive in improving everyone's experience at our events. We will react to incidents in a consistent, professional, and empathetic way.

Although we cannot prevent every incident, we promise to make reporting simple and discreet. We encourage you to speak up, and every person who comes forward will be believed. Once you contact us, the process of what happens after reporting will be communicated to you clearly with a variety of options in how it can be dealt with.

In a time where we are seeing escalating disinformation, lobbying, stigma and violence directed at LGBTQ+ people, especially trans people, drag artists and creatives, and those who are gender expansive, it’s more important than ever that our communities stand united in supporting one another through our events. We are here to stay.
